Assemblage Artist Matjames Metson
Matjames Metson is from New Orleans, and moved to LA when Katrina hit. He has shown at Coagula Curatorial, Loft at Liz’s, La Luz de Jesus, Craft & Folk Art Museum, and has an upcoming show at Orange County Center for Contemporary Art., and an upcoming show at the UCLA Fowler Museum in 2014. He showed at Altered Space Gallery shortly after he moved to LA. His assemblages are all found/repurposed antique material.
